2007-2014年深圳市某两街道托幼机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Analysis on monitoring results of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in two streets of Shenzhen from 2007 to 2014

目的了解深圳市龙岗区龙岗街道、龙城街道托幼机构消毒质量状况,找出存在问题,为开展消毒技术指导工作提出改进措施。方法对我单位所管辖的龙岗街道、龙城街道托幼机构2007-2014年的消毒质量监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果连续8年消毒质量监测共采集样品7 235份(总合格率为73.27%),各年间合格率总体而言呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=317.185,P<0.01)。不同样品合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=775.677,P<0.01),从高到低为玩具、室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手和幼儿手。两个街道的合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.083,P>0.05)。结论辖区托幼机构消毒质量的整体状况比较差,工作人员手和幼儿手的污染比较严重,疾控部门须加强消毒知识培训和监督管理。

Objective To know the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Longgang street and Longcheng street, to find the existing problems, and put forward the improving measures for guiding disinfection. Methods By using retrospective survey, the detection results of disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Longgang street and Longcheng street from 2007 to 2014 were collected for statistical analysis. Results A total of 7 235 samples were detected in eight consecutive years （the total qualified rate was （73.27%）, and on the whole the qualified rate increased year by year, the differences of the annual qualified rates by comparison had statistical significance （χ2=317.185, P〈0.01）. The differences of qualified rates of different samples by comparison were statistically significant （χ2=775.677, P〈0.01）, from high to low were toys, air, object surface, staff and infants＇ hands. There was no statistically significance difference in qualified rate between the two streets （χ2=0.083, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in the two streets were not good, the contamination of the staff and infants＇ hands was serious, we must strengthen the training and supervision of disinfection.
