摘要
目的:运用有限元方法建立单臂外固定架固定股骨粗隆间骨折肌骨三维有限元模型。方法:将CT数据文件(DICOM文件),经Simpleware软件进行三维重建处理得到股骨及外固定架的三维几何模型。从Anybody软件中建立正常人体股骨模型,并与股骨外固定架模型(stl几何模型)一同导入Geomagic Studio软件中,将两组模型进行比对配准,将外固定架模型的位置调到与Anybody模型的位置一致。将配准好的股骨外固定架模型导入Anybody软件中。通过Simpleware得到的网格模型(inp格式)导入到Abaqus软件中,同时在模型中给各部分赋予不同的弹性模量。结果:通过几何模型生成、网格划分、几何模型配准、股骨肌肉力的提取及不同弹性模量的赋予,建立了完整的单臂外固定架固定股骨粗隆间骨折肌骨三维有限元模型。结论:相比传统的有限元模型,本模型的分析结果将更加真实可靠,为中医"筋骨"作用机制理论研究提供理论支撑。
ObjectiveTo establish the model of musculoskeletal three-dimensional finite element in fixa-tion of intertrochanteric fracture about single arm external fixation frame by finite element method.MethodsTo reconstruct the three-dimensional geometric model of the femoral and external fixator by CT datafile(DICOM) in Simpleware software. To establish the model of normal human femur in Anybody software importthe Geomagic Studio software together with femoral external fixator(stl geometric model), The two groups of mod-el calibration were compared, the position of the external fixator model was transferred to the location of the Any-body model. The calibration femoral external fixator model was imported to anybody software. The mesh model(inp format) of simpleware was imported into the Abaqus software, at the same time to give the parts of the mod-el in different modulus of elasticity were given.ResultsThrough reconstruct geometric model, mesh genera-tion, model calibration, the extraction of femoral muscle force and different modulus of elasticity given, athree-dimensional musculoskeletal finite element model was obtained.ConclusionCompared with the tradi-tional finite element model, the model analysis results will be more reliable, thus providing theoretical supportfor "jingu" mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
