纳米纤维素晶体的制备及其对聚乙烯醇薄膜的增强性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 以黏胶纤维为原料,通过硫酸水解法制备了纳米纤维素晶体(V-NCC).再以共混溶液浇铸法将V-NCC悬浮液与聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合,制备了纳米纤维素晶体/聚乙烯醇(V-NCC/PVA)复合膜材料.采用纳米粒度仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等对纳米纤维素晶体及其复合膜材料的结构、形貌、力学及热学性能进行了分析与表征.结果表明:V-NCC呈现棒状形态,长度主要集中在50~ 200 nm,直径主要集中在5~20 nm;V-NCC/PVA复合膜的拉伸强度较纯PVA膜有显著提升,当V-NCC质量分数为2%时,复合膜拉伸强度较纯PVA膜增大87.6%;同时V-NCC的添加可以一定程度增加复合膜的热稳定性. Nanocellulose crystals (V-NCC) were prepared from viscose fiber by sulfuric acid hydrolysis method. And V-NCC/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite films were prepared from the mixture of the V- NCC suspension and PVA. The morphologies, structures, and mechanical and thermal properties of V-NCC and the composite films were measured by nano laser particle size analyzer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. The results show that V-NCC appeares rod-like structure with 50 -200 nm in length and 5 -20 nm in width. The tensile strength of the V-NCC/PVA composite films exhibites a significant improvement, and when the content of V-NCC is 2%, it increases by 87.6% compared with that of pure PVA film. Besides, the addition of V-NCC can increase the thermal stability of the composite films in certain degree.
