阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓患者颈动脉斑块的作用分析

An Analysis of Effect of Aspirin Plus Statins on Carotid Plaques of Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的：探析阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓患者颈动脉斑块的作用.方法：随机选取某院2012年7月~2014年7月期间收治的120例脑血栓病患,分为研究组和对照组,各60例.对照组接受阿司匹林进行抗血栓治疗,研究组在阿司匹林治疗的基础上联用他汀类药物进行治疗,治疗1年后比较分析两组患者的疗效和颈动脉斑块面积的改善情况.结果：研究组治疗总有效率（93.3%）显著优于对照组（81.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）降低,Barthel指数升高,颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）及颈动脉斑块面积减少,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;与对照组比较,研究组NIHSS、Barthel指数、IMT及颈动脉斑块面积各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：临床采用阿司匹林联合他汀类药物治疗脑血栓患者,疗效显著,能够减轻脑血栓患者的神经功能缺损,减少患者动脉斑块的厚度和面积,提高生存质量.

Objective:To explore the effect of aspirin combined with statin on carotid plaques of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:Randomly selected120 patients with cerebral thrombosis from some hospital received during the period from July 2012 to July 2014 treated,divided them into research group and the control group,60 cases for each.The control group received antithrombotic therapy with aspirin,the research group were added with statins on the basis of the treatment in control group,the curative effect of in the two groups and the improvement in carotid plaques area were compared after 1year of treatment.Results:In treatment group,the total effective rate(93.3%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the NIHSS of the 2groups decreased,Barthel index increased,intima-media thickness(IMT)of carotid got thicker and carotid artery plaque area got smaller,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);to comparewith the control group,the improvement in NIHSS,Barthel index,IMT and carotid plaque area and other indicators in research group were significantly better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat patients with cerebral thrombosis with aspirin plus statins,for it can alleviate neurologic impairment to patients with cerebral thrombosis,reduce the thickness and area of carotid plaques and improve the quality of life.
