摘要
以2500t/h桥式抓斗卸船机为分析对象,采用ANSYS软件作为有限元分析平台,详细描述了卸船机的各种载荷,根据主小车的不同位置确定四种典型工况,校核了其不同工况下钢结构的强度。结果表明,该卸船机结构满足使用要求。
The 2500 t/h bridge ship unloader is studied, and its finite element model is built and simplified. Finite element analysis is conducted under various conditions with ANSYS. The various loads of the ship unloading machine are described in detail, and four typical cases are determined by the different positions of the main car, and the strength of structure under different working conditions is checked. The results show that the structure of the ship unloading machine meets the operating requirements.
