摘要
为了研究拉伸速率对X80M材料拉伸性能的影响,在GB/T 228.1-2010推荐的三种速率下进行了X80管线钢的拉伸试验。试验结果表明对于X80管线钢这种材料,在实验前估算横梁位移速率时要考虑实验装置弹性变形的影响,否则开展试验的试验速率将不能满足标准的要求。横梁位移速率保持恒定,试样应变速率并不保持恒定,在屈服点附近会产生应变速率迅速上升,试验中取的屈服点Ft0.5恰好在应变速率迅速上升的阶段;屈服强度和抗拉强度都随着试验速率的提高而升高。
Tensile tests of X80 M pipeline steel were carried out with three different test rates which are recommended by the standard of GB /T 228. 1-2010. The results showed that it's necessary to consider the effect of elastic deformation of experimental device when the crosshead separation rate was estimated before the test; otherwise the test rate can not meet the standard's requirement. The strain rate was not constant with constant rate of the crosshead separation during the test which increased rapidly near the yield point,the yield point( Rt0. 5) was just at the stage where the strain rate increase rapidly. The yield strength and tensile strength increased with the increase of the test rate.
