摘要
作为图书馆与读者沟通交流的主要途径,图书馆网站交流互动型栏目建设情况应得到更多的关注和改善。文章以"985"工程高校图书馆为研究对象,对其网站主页的交流互动型栏目构建情况进行调研分析。结果显示交流咨询、资源荐购、微博微信、意见与建议等成为互动交流栏目的主要形式,读者调查、读者论坛、宣传推广和志愿者等互动交流形式较少。据此提出改进措施,从而不断完善图书馆网站交流互动型栏目建设。
As the main way of communication between libraries and users, library website interaction columns need to be given more attention to. The paper takes Project 985 University libraries as the research object and carries on the research and analysis to the construction of the interaction columns of their website homepages. The results show that the communication consulting, resource recommended purchase, microblog & Wechat, opinions and suggestions, etc. become the main form of interaction column, while the user survey, discussion forum for users, promotion and volunteers interaction in the form are in a subordinate position. According to the above, it takes measures to improve the construction of the interactive programs of the library websites.
