间充质干细胞的免疫调节作用及其与白血病相关性的研究

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)能够从多种组织的基质细胞分离,具有多向分化潜能、低免疫原性、免疫调节作用并可迁移到受损伤组织促进组织修复等特征,在移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)和肿瘤的治疗中有着广泛的应用前景。而近来有报道显示MSC有促进和抑制免疫的双重作用,对肿瘤的作用存在争议且许多造血系统疾病与骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSC)有关,本文就MSC的免疫学特性和MSC与白血病(血液系统肿瘤)的关系的最新进展予以综述。
