摘要
“岗位胜任能力”概念源自人力资源管理学。21世纪全球医学卫生教育专家委员会在《新世纪医学卫生人才培养:在相互依存的世界,为加强卫生系统而改革医学教育》的报告中,第一次明确提出未来医学教育必须着重培养医学卫生人才的“岗位胜任能力”,以满足全球健康日益复杂多变的需求。借鉴管理学理论的核心概念,“岗位胜任能力”进入医学教育改革领域,标志现代医学教育发展的重大转折。
The concept of “competency” comes from human resource management. For the first time, the report of “Health professionals for a new century: transforming education to strengthen health systems in an interdependent world” by the Export Committee on Global Medical and Health Education in 21 Century the first time made it clear that medical education must focus on competency training of medical and health personnel in order to meet the needs of the world' s growing complexity in the future. From the aspect of medical education management, “competency” as the core concept into the field of medical education reform means a major turning point in the development of modern medical education.
