摘要 目的:建立谷维素中痕量元素的含量测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以钪(Sc),锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定谷维素原料中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)8种痕量元素的含量。结果:标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 0,该方法对各元素的检出限在0.001~0.009 mg·kg^(-1)范围内,各元素加标回收率范围为87.7%~117.0%,RSDs均小于3.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确快速、灵敏度高,可用于谷维素中痕量元素的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in γ-oryzanol. Methods: The samples were digested by microwave and eight trace elements including Cr, Mn, Ni, Cu, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in γ-oryzanol were determined by in- ductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion (ICP-MS) with Sc, Ge, In and Bi as the internal standards. Results : The correlative coefficients of the standard curves were all above 0.999 0. The detection limits for all the elements were between 0.001 and 0.009 mg · kg - 1, and the recoveries were between 87.7 % and 117.0%. RSDs were less than 3.5 % ( n = 6) Conclusion: The method is accurate and fast, and suitable for the determination of trace elements in γ-oryzanol.
