摘要
为使建设工程项目招投标工作更加规范化运作、减少人为因素的影响、简化办事程序、提高工作效率 ,提出了应用信息技术对企业业绩进行科学化的管理 ,分析探讨了运用该系统在招投标工作中的意义和必要性。
To make calling for tender and bidding better standardization to reduce the effect of man made factors, simplify program and enhance work efficiency the opinion of applying information technology to carry out scientific enterprise management is given. And the significance and necessity of using the information system in calling for tender and bidding is analyzed.
