摘要
在全世界推进基于核心素养基础教育变革的背景下,选择何种学习方式发展核心素养是一个世界性的教育难题。迈克尔·富兰作为全球盛名的教育改革家,系统建构、实践探索了指向核心素养发展的深度学习理论。这一学习方式强调运用知识解决现实问题,进而在知识迁移与运用的过程中发展核心素养。深度学习的实现策略在于确立伙伴关系的师生角色、搭建学与做沟通桥梁的任务设计、实施指向证据描述的素养评价以及提升指向一致性的变革领导力。富兰的深度学习理论对我国探索指向核心素养发展的学习方式具有较强的借鉴价值。
In the Context promoting basic education reform driven by key Competencies worldwide,choosing what learning styles to develop key competencies is a common problem.As a world-renowned education reformer,Michael Fullan has constructed and practiced the deep learning theory to develop key competencies systematically.In Fullan’s view,deep learning emphasizes the application of knowledge in real life,and key competencies could be developed in this process.The key to use this learning style lies in establishing the roles of teachers and students as partners,the task design to building a bridge between learning and practicing,the accomplishment evaluation pointing to the evidence description,and the transformational leadership of the consistency framework.Fullan’s deep learning theory has strong reference value for China to promote the reform of discipline key competencies.
