摘要
2007年山西省五寨县华家沟流域建设项目开始施,五寨县水利局在水土保持治理、拦蓄径流、新增基本农田、新增林草植被等多方面合理有效地综合治理下,使得当地农民年人均纯收入增加到2129元。
Huajia gou basin construction project began construction in 2007,Wuzhai County Water Conservancy Bureau made local farmer year net income of average per capita increased to 2 129 yuan in soil and water conservation,intercepting runoff,add new basic farmland,vegetation,and other aspects of the rational and effective comprehensive management.
