电大普专生的人格锻造与素质教育

The Personality Forging & Quality Education of RTVU's Special Course Students

人格是一种精神 ,学生具备了健全的人格 ,便具备了素质教育要求的最基本的素质。学生人格的健全、和谐、完善过程 ,也正是素质教育达成目标的过程。从电大普专生的“事实素质”入手 ,阐述了素质教育应当重视学生的人格锻造 ,继而提出锻造学生健全人格、实现学生“价值素质”

Personality belongs to a kind of spirit.If the students have formed a perfect personality,they will meet the basic requires of quality education.The course of forming a perfect,coordinate,consummate personality also means the course of achieving the aim of quality education.The thesis starts the survey from the current quality of the RTVU's special course studying students and explains that quality education should pay more attention to the forging of students' personality.It puts forward to the basic way of forming a perfect personality and realizing the valuable quality.
