摘要 目的:优选出归芪无糖颗粒剂处方药材的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以加水量、回流时间和提取次数为因素,按正交实验设计进行实验,结果以得膏率和芍药苷含量为指标,确定最佳条件。结果:最佳提取条件为8倍量的水回流1.5小时,提取3次。结论:该工艺设计合理,稳定可行。 Objective: To optimize the best water extraction technology of the herbs in GuiQi sugar-free granules. Methods: By taking the amount of water, reflux time and extraction times and the factors, the experiments were conducted according to orthogonal design, the optimum conditions were determined through assessing the results with extract yield and peoniflorin contents. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were eight times of the amount of water, refluxing for 1.5 hours, extracting three times. Conclusion: The technology is reasonable, stable and feasible.
