摘要 研制了一种基于Windows CE操作系统和STM32单片机的嵌入式AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle,自动导引车)车栽控制系统,提出了基于分布式控制系统的双转向架驱动AGV磁线导引寻线控制策略。该系统由主控板和2块扩展板组成,主控板运行Windows CE操作系统,集中获取系统数据并执行任务调度;扩展板以STM32为核心,分别获取传感器信号并控制前后转向架。现场调试结果表明,所设计的系统能够实现双转向架驱动AGV的寻线行驶和状态监控,满足一般工程要求。 An embedded Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) control system based on Windows CE operating system and STM32 microprocessor was developed in this paper, and magnetic guidance line-tracking control strategy of double bogie drive AGV based on distributed control system was presented. The system was composed of a main control board and two extension control boards. The main control board which runs Windows CE operating system was responsible for system data acquisition and task scheduling. With the core of STM32, the two extension control boards respectively get the sensor signals and control the bogies. The result of field debugging shows that the system can realize line-tracking control and status monitor of double bogie drive AGV which satisfies the requirement in engineering.
