Analysis of Teaching Forehand Attacking Driving Techniques in College Table Tennis Classes

在乒乓球正手攻球技术教学中,学生由于受到旧习惯动作影响,技术动作的学习花费时间长,掌握缓慢,针对这一情况,探讨了在实践教学中采用先改变学生原有不规范的、错误的运动表象,建立新的、正确的运动表象的教学方法和对策措施。经实践证明:效果明显,缩短了学习时间,取得了事半功倍的教学效果。

In teaching table tennis forehand attacking driving techniques,students spend long time but grasp slowly in studying technique operation,due to the influence of old habits and operation. In view of this situation,the author elaborates on changing students＇ nonstandard and wrong motion presentations in practical teaching first and establishing new and correct teaching methods and measures for motion presentations. Practice has proved remarkable effect,as it shortens the studying time and yields double favorable teaching effect.
