关于农村留守儿童“体育救助体系”建立必要性思考——基于委内瑞拉“音乐救助体系”启示

Reflection on the Necessity of Establishing Sports Assistance System for Left-behind Children in Rural Areas——Based on the Enlightenment of EL-Sistema in Venezuela

运用文献法、比较分析法过对委内瑞拉"音乐救助体系"解读,进而对我国农村留守儿童"体育救助体系"建立的必要性进行思考。研究认为,政府和社会各界在解决农村留守儿童问题方向的努力,并非局限于金钱与物资的资助,搭建激发个体尊严、完善心理品德的平台更为灵活、长期、有效。建立"体育救助体系"对于促进留守儿童身心健康发展、加强体育后备人才培养、保护传承民族传统体育项目、扩大体育人口数量都起到良性作用。

With methods of literature and comparative analysis,the paper reflects on the necessity of establishing sports assistance system for left- behind children in rural area through interpreting＂EL- Sistema＂in Venezuela.Research suggests that government and social efforts in solving the problems of left- behind children are not limited to money and material assistance. It is more flexible,enduring and effective to create a platform that arouses individual dignity and promotes psychological quality. Establishing sports assistance system will have positive role in promoting physical and mental healthy development of left- behind children,enhancing the cultivation of sports reserve talents,protecting and inheriting national traditional sports programs and enlarging sports population.
