摘要
钢结构支撑具有绿色环保、可重复利用、能快速形成刚度等优点,并可通过与液压千斤顶配套使用对支撑施加并实时调整预压力。我国虽然对基坑钢结构支撑的研究与应用开始较早,然而由于政策导向、材料与人力资源成本的原因,钢结构支撑并未得到大规模推广应用,而基坑钢结构支撑在日本已发展为主要的基坑支撑形式。通过对比我国与日本的钢结构支撑体系设计方法,明确了两国设计方法的异同,为进一步研究与推进钢结构支撑体系在我国的应用提供了参考。
As a prefabricated system,steel structure system is environmentally friendly,and can form rigidity quickly compared to reinforced concrete structure system. Moreover,jack can provide measurable and adjustable compression on steel structure system,increasing its rigidity. Despite the early research and application in China,steel structure system only covers a small proportion of the market due to policies,cost of material and labor. However,steel structure system has been developed as a major type of structure system in Japan. By comparing the design method of steel structure system between Japan and China,this paper provides valuable reference for further development of steel structure system in China.
