Reporting and methodological quality of systematic reviews and meta-analyses in TCM nursing

目的评价国内中医护理系统评价/Meta分析的报告质量与方法学质量,探讨影响因素,以规范研究过程和方法。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库的中医护理系统评价/Meta分析文献,检索时限从建库至2015年4月。采用PRISMA和AMSTAR量表对纳入文献的报告质量与方法学质量进行评价。结果共纳入30篇文献,分布于18种期刊。纳入文献PRISMA评分12-24（19.06±3.06）分,文献报告质量存在的主要问题有：缺乏完整的结构式摘要、系统评价方案、注册信息和详细全面的检索策略,偏倚控制不够等。AMSTAR评分6.5-9.5（8.35±0.31）分,文献方法学质量存在的主要问题有：缺乏完善的检索策略,普遍存在不同程度的发表偏倚,异质性的产生缺乏特殊处理等。结论目前国内中医护理系统评价/Meta分析文献的报告质量与方法学质量中上等,仍存在不同程度的缺陷,有待提高。

Objective To evaluate reporting and methodological quality of systematic reviews and meta-analyses in TCM nursing,to explore influencing factors,and to standardize research process and methodology.Methods Systematic reviews and meta-analyses regarding TCM nursing were retrieved in CNKI and Wanfang electronic databases from their inception to April 2015.The PRISMA and AMSTAR were used to assess reporting characteristics and methodological quality,respectively.Results Thirty systematic reviews or meta-analyses were retrieved from 18 journals.The PRISMA score ranged from 12 to 24,with the mean score being19.06（SD=3.06）.Problems in reporting were incomplete structured abstract,protocol,registration,and search strategy;and lack of bias control,etc.The AMSTAR score,ranging from 6.5to 9.5,averaged 8.35（SD=0.31）.Deficiencies in methodology included incomprehensive literature search,publication bias,and lack of heterogeneity handling,etc.Conclusion The overall quality of reporting and methodology of systematic reviews and meta-analyses in TCM nursing is somewhat above the moderate level,however,some defects are apparent and should be further improved.
