摘要 针对某公司生产的R95钢级套管屈服强度不够的问题,采用工序能力指数法评价了热处理工序能力指数,并用正交试验法从淬火温度、淬火保温时间、回火温度、回火保温时间四个方面进行四因素三水平分析,提出优化后热处理方案;优化后热处理方案经实际验证,大大提高了该工序能力指数;最后提出了R95钢级套管热处理的改进措施。 Aiming at the issues that the R95 casings made by some company have low qualified rates in yield strength, the heat treatment process capability of the company was evaluated with process ability index, then the heat treatment process was analyzed by orthogonal test method from quenching temperature, quenching soaking time, tempering temperature, tempering soaking time four aspects, and the optimized heat treatment scheme was put forward. Through the actual verification, the process capability index was greatly improve. Finally, the relevant improvement measures were also put forward.
