西部地区高校辅导员职业承诺的现状调查及对策

Career Commitment of College Advisors in the Western Regions of China:Present Situation and Countermeasures

我国西部地区高校在国家西部大开发政策的推动下取得长足发展,辅导员队伍学历水平显著提高,但是,西部地区辅导员队伍职业认定模糊、发展空间狭窄、队伍不稳定、发展后劲不足等问题日渐突出,我们通过问卷调查的形式对西部高校辅导员职业承诺现状进行调查、分析原因并提出对策,帮助辅导员提升对职业的认同和承诺水平。

Prompted by China＇s western development policy,higher education in the western regions has enjoyed great development in recent years and college advisors in the western areas now have a notably higher level of education than before.Nevertheless,the advisors in the western regions still face problems that grow increasingly prominent,including fuzzy professional recognition,limited development space,unstable team and insufficient momentum for further development.Based on the results of questionnaire surveys on advisors＇ career commitment conducted in western colleges and universities,this paper discusses how to boost the level of advisors＇ professional recognition and their career commitment.
