摘要 对传统铸造工艺与3D打印技术中的选区激光熔化技术在制作金属内胆烤瓷牙的CoCr合金方面的性能进行对比。主要对金属内胆烤瓷面的表面粗糙度、金瓷结合性能、热膨胀系数、力学性能等进行比较研究,找出了这两种工艺产生不同性能的原因和相同工艺中不同性能之间的联系。同时提出了一种热处理方法,可改善3D打印技术存在的不足。 This paper is focus on traditional casting process and 3D printing technology using for producing Co-Cr alloy porcelain fused to metal(PFM) metal tank performance comparison. The performance is mainly roughness of baked porcelain,metal-ceramic bonding strength,coefficient of thermal expansion and fracture analysis,founding the reason why these different happened and the relationship of the same process of different performance,exploring the method of improving 3D printing performance.
