摘要
SPUA-M200聚脲涂料用于某产品高性能电控设备表面喷涂防护和装饰。从具体型号聚脲漆料的特性入手,结合喷涂表面材质,详细叙述了(1.0±0.1)mm薄型SPUA-M200慢速聚脲喷涂工艺、流程与方法,并对喷后聚脲涂层进行了性能测试,同时根据现场喷涂过程中涂层常见缺陷进行了归纳与总结,分析得出了影响漆膜质量的主要因素。
The SPUA-M200 polyurea coating was used for surface spraying protection and decoration of a type of electric contro equipment with high,performance. From the characteristic of specific type of polyurea, the spraying technology, process and method of (1.0±0.1) mm thin slow SPUA-M200 polyurea were detailedly stated combined with spraying surface material. The property of polyurea coating film after spraying was tested and the common drawback of coating film in the process of local spraying were concluded and summarized, thereby obtaining the main factor influencing the quality of coating film.
