摘要
目的编制能够客观评价青年脑卒中患者自我管理行为的量表,并对量表进行信效度检验。方法通过回顾相关文献、半结构化访谈、专家函询等方法,形成青年脑卒中患者自我管理行为量表初稿。选取140例青年脑卒中患者进行调查,对量表信效度进行评价,形成量表终稿。结果最终形成的青年脑卒中患者自我管理行为量表包括5个维度、26个条目。通过探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.75%,量表内容效度为0.857,Cronbach'sα系数为0.908,折半信度为0.958,重测信度为0.923。结论该量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评价青年脑卒中患者自我管理行为的工具。
Objective To develop a self-management behavior scale for young stroke patients and test its reliability and validity.Methods Literature review,semi-structured interviews and expert consultations were used to identify draft of the scale.A total of 140 young stroke patients were investigated by the scale,and the reliability and validity were tested,and the final scale was developed.Results Five factors and 26 items of the scale were finally determined.The cumulative contribution of variance was 75.75%;the content validity index was 0.857;the Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.908;the split-half coefficient was 0.958;the test-retest coefficient was 0.923.Conclusion The self-management behavior scale was proved to be reliable and valid.It can be used to assess the self-management behavior of young stroke patients.
