依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压并发心力衰竭的效果观察

Effect observation of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure

目的探究依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压并发心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的高血压并发心力衰竭患者138例,随机分成对照组69例和观察组69例,观察组给予依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗,对照组给予依那普利治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应。结果观察组患者的总有效率为91.30%,对照组为75.36%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的总不良反应率为7.25%,低于对照组的13.04%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的效果良好,此临床治疗方案值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure.Methods From March 2014 to March 2015,138 patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure treated by our hospital were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group in random.Observation group was given enalapril combined with amlodipine,while control group was only given enalapril.The treatment effect and adverse reaction of patients between two groups was compared respectively.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.30%,while the control group was 75.36%,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P0.05）.The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group（7.25%）was lower than that in the control group（13.04%）,there was no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Enalapril combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with heart failure can obtain a good effect,and this clinical therapeutic regimen is worthy of reference.
