摘要
在分析NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统原理的基础上,对其应用于大型冷库时的自动控制系统进行分析。由PLC监控高低温库库温情况和系统运行情况,投入或停止相应的设备,实现整个系统的智能控制。将此系统应用于现代制冷工业冷库系统,可以在满足制冷工业节能和环保的前提下,既节约运营成本又可以提高系统的安全性。
Based on the principle analysis of NH_3/CO_2 cascade refrigeration system,its automatic control system used in large cold storage is analyzed.PLC is used to monitor the temperature of high and low temperature cold storage as well as the system operation,so that the intelligent of the whole control system is realized through putting or stopping the corresponding equipments into operation.If the system is applied to the modern refrigeration industrial cold storage system,refrigeration industry can save operation cost and improve the security of the system on the condition that the system meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
