针灸治疗慢性湿疹的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

目的探究近10年针灸治疗慢性湿疹的临床研究进展,为临床治疗慢性湿疹提供较好的针灸治疗方法和临床依据。方法以"慢性湿疹,针灸"为检索词,查阅2004至2014年中国知网数据库,将检索到的相关文献进行综述。结果目前临床上常用的毫针刺、火针、自血疗法、梅花针、针药结合等不同的针灸方法,在治疗慢性湿疹上取得了较大进展。结论针灸治疗慢性湿疹有较好的临床疗效,但目前临床运用仍存在一些不足之处,亟待完善。

Objective To explore the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic eczema in the past10 years,and provide a good clinical basis for the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Considering 'chronic eczema,acupuncture'as the key words,access to 2004 to 2014 CNKI database,the retrieved related literatures were reviewed in this paper. Results The clinical commonly used filiform needle acupuncture,fire needle,self blood therapy,percussopunctator,combination of needle and medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema made great progress. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic eczema had better therapeutic effects,but there were still some shortcomings in current clinical application,which need to be improved.
