甲状旁腺素相关肽在多器官发育及延缓早衰中的作用与机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 1987年,Burtis等在恶性肿瘤伴高钙血症的患者血液中发现甲状旁腺激素相关肽(parathyroid hormone related peptide,PTHrPoPTHrP和甲状旁腺素(Parathyroidhormone,PTH)N-末端的1—34位氨基酸在序列及空间构象上高度同源,并通过与同一受体--PTH/PTHrPI型受体(PTH1R)结合发挥钙调激素样作用,故称甲状旁腺素相关肽。PTHrP在体内广泛分布,并具有多种功能,尤其在发育过程中,在维持许多特异性组织的正常生理状态及延缓早衰中起至关重要作用。本文回顾甲状旁腺激素相关肽近年来的研究进展并进行综述。
