摘要
血管紧张素转化酶2(ACE2)是2000年发现的肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的新成员。作为RAS系统的关键酶,ACE2与ACE的作用相反,它主要是通过降解血管紧张素Ⅱ生成7肽的血管紧张素Ang(1-7)而发挥机体保护功能。研究发现,ACE2不仅可以起到保护心脏、肾脏、肝脏、肠道等器官的作用,而且广泛参与肌肉、脂肪等组织的生理病理过程。此外,还与氨基酸、葡萄糖等物质的代谢过程密切相关。论文就ACE2多样性的生物功能做一综述。
Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)was discovered in 2000 as a new member of the reninangiotensin system(RAS).As the key enzyme of RAS,ACE2 has the opposite functions compared with ACE.ACE2 develops its body protection effect by degrading angiotensin Ⅱinto angiotensin(1-7).It has been showed that ACE2 is not only closely involved in pathophysiology process in organs of heart,kidney,liver,intestine,tissues of muscle and fat,but slao in amino acids and glucose metabolism.This article reviewed the multiple biological functions of ACE2.
