PCNL与FURL在肾结石治疗中的应用进展 被引量:23

摘要 尿石症是我国泌尿系统常见疾病之一,其中肾结石的发病率近年来显著增加。在过去二十年中,肾结石的外科治疗发生了巨大的变化,传统的开放手术被逐渐淘汰,经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)和使用输尿管软镜取石术(FuRL)成为手术治疗肾结石的主要方式。尤其近年来输尿管软镜的普及,手术经验积累,手术的适应症不断扩大。但FURL能否替代PCNL,成为肾结石的一线治疗方式,各家观点尚未统一。回顾近年国内外文献,现就PCNL与FURL在治疗肾结石中的应用作简要综述。
