摘要
进行了用双环戊二烯石油树脂充油改性镍系顺丁橡胶的工业试生产,研究了充油量对基础胶门尼黏度的影响,考察了充油、凝聚及后处理工艺,测试了充油橡胶的力学性能。结果表明,随着双环戊二烯石油树脂用量的增加,充油橡胶的可塑性增强,混炼行为得以改善。选用门尼黏度为65左右基础胶时的充油量以20份(质量)为宜,产品性能达到预期指标,从而证实了湿法连续充油工艺的可行性。此外也指出了该工艺有待解决的问题。
The commercial trial production of nickel-based polybutadiene rubber oil-extended by dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin was conducted, and effect of dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin quantity on Mooney viscosity of matrix rubber was investigated. The oil extending, agglomeration and post-processing were researched, and the mechanical properties of oil-extended rubber was evaluated. The results showed that with increasing the amount of dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin, the plasticity and processability of oil-extended compound were improved. When the rubber with Mooney viscosity about 65 was selected as matrix, the appropriate loading of dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin was 20 phr, and the properties of the oil-extended rubber achieved the expected indexes, thus confirming the feasibility process. And of continuous wet oil extension process were pointe problems to be solved in the d out.
