脑卒中筛查患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与血清总蛋白、清蛋白的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解脑卒中筛查的中老年患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)及A/G比值的相关性。方法对该院进行脑卒中筛查的860例55-65岁患者的血清Hcy、TP和ALB水平进行检测,计算A/G比值,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果脑卒中筛查的患者中,男性的Hcy水平高于女性,而TP水平低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);相关性分析结果显示,血清Hcy水平与TP和ALB呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.085、-0.114,P〈0.05)。结论 55-65岁的脑卒中筛查患者中,男性患脑卒中的风险高于女性;血清蛋白水平降低,血清Hcy水平增高,从而脑卒中的发生率增加。
