实现我国军民融合产业发展的路径研究

军民融合是将国防事业同经济发展建立联系,消除军用产业和民用产业的传统界限,使军民产业相互渗透,协调发展。本文从产业经济学角度出发,以产业组织为重点,以资源最优配置为原则,结合当前我国军用产业和民用产业的产业特性、比较优势,提出我国军民融合产业发展的新路径,加速产业结构优化升级,实现国防安全和经济增长的双重目标。

Civil- military integration refers to eliminate the traditional boundaries between Military and civilian sectors, to deeply interpenetrate each other and to make a coordinated development by connecting national defense with economic progress. From the perspective of industrial economics and focusing on industrial organizations, this paper will put forward a Chinese - style path that integrates the development of Military and civilian sectors to combine the current industrial characteristics of the military with civilian sectors＇ , as well as their comparative advantages on the principle of Optimal Allocation of Resources.
