摘要
当前,大多数90后大学生能够理性认识报考公务员的两面性,但仍热衷于其职业优势,报考公务员的热度依然未减,究其原因主要在于传统"官本位思想"影响、公务员职业的内在张力、功利主义思潮驱动与就业形势严峻压力。因此,要从社会与个体互动的视角出发,构建集合政府助力、高校引导、家庭助推、个人践履"四位一体"的引导路径,助推90后大学生"考公务员热"现象实现真正降温。
Nowadays, the post-90s college students' craze for civil service examinations has not yet diminished though most of them rationally understand the double-edged function of the examination, which results from the government-owned standard thought, inherent tension of the civil servant career, utilitarian ideas and severe employment situation. Considering the interaction between society and individuals, it is necessary to build a leading path combining government forces, university guidance, family assistance and individual practice for cooling the post-90s graduates' craze for civil servant examinations.
