摘要
"畜产品加工学"是食品科学专业必修的课程之一,该课程以培养学生实践能力和创新能力为出发点,提高教学质量应从教学方法、教学大纲与内容、教学手段、实践操作能力及考核方式等方面入手,对"畜产品加工学"课程教学和实践进行改革。
Science and Technology of Animal Products is one of required courses for food science and engineering. In order to improve university students’ practice and innovative ability and the quality of teaching,this paper explores the teaching reform of Science and Technology of Animal Products from practical operation ability, teaching methods, the curriculum and contents,and assessment methods.
