摘要
女大学生作为新时期的高知群体,她们独立、自尊,渴望实现自己的人生价值,却因形式多样的就业歧视而频频受阻。文章以苏州科技学院应届毕业女大学生为例,在回顾理论的基础上对现实作出假设,通过结构式访谈结果对假设进行验证,运用一维、二维分类方法探析广泛存在的就业歧视中歧视类型以及歧视程度,进而得出相应结论。
Female college students are the higher-education group in the new period who are eager to realize their own values of life due to independence and self-esteem. However, various forms of employment discrimination frequently blocks their way to success. This paper taking the graduated female college students from Suzhou University of Science and Technology as examples,based on the review of discrimination theories, makes the hypothesis verified by the structural interview. Applying the methods of one-dimensional and two-dimensional classifications, the paper explores the types and degrees of widespread discriminations, and draws some appropriate conclusions in the end.
