动态网络治理视角下的项目选择多标准决策 被引量:3

摘要 文章提出了以社会网络(SNA)拓扑结构为基础的多标准决策过程以增强项目选择的有效性,运用社会网络拓扑矩阵来定量测量组织关系,整合了网络分析法(ANP)和系统动力学模型,构建了多标准决策的项目选择模型。运用山东省淮河流域建设项目的相关数据探究了上述模型的有效性,表明该模型将会帮助政府机构、承建方、监理方、投资方以及其他项目利益相关方科学管理动态网络治理关系,以实现项目治理网络整体目标,规避项目治理中的风险。
