住院医师规范化培训基地建设的现况与分析

A Survey and Analysis of Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases Construction

目的调查研究新疆某三甲医院住院医师规范化培训基地建设的现状,为卫生行政部门完善住院医师培训基地建设提供依据。方法选取新疆某三甲医院住院医师规范化培训基地为研究对象,对医院主管培训工作的院级领导、职能管理部门的工作人员、专业基地(科室)管理主任和专管员、正在接受规范化培训的住院医师进行访谈及问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果组织管理与制度建设相对完整,招生规模逐年增长,带教师资队伍逐步壮大;但是信息网络平台建设滞后,利用水平欠缺;临床技能模拟训练中心尚未充分利用;动态管理评估机制较为单一;住院医师保障与待遇还需不断提高。结论需要加强信息网络建设,提高监督管理水平与工作效率;加强对住培工作的宣传力度;充分做好岗前培训工作,培训内容重在理论与实践紧密结合;不断加大带教师资的培训力度与激励机制;完善评估机制,提高住培基地动态管理水平;合理规划培训经费,不断提高培训期间住院医师待遇。

Objective A survey and analysis of standardized medical resident training bases of a third Grade A hospi- tal in Xin jiang, and providing the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases. Methods Responsible for the resident training of leadership, management, department director and secretary and resident physician in resident standardization training bases of a third Grade A hospital in Xin jiang con- ducted interviews and questionnaires survey, the survey results were analyzed. Results Organizational management and system construction is complete, enrollment increased year by year, gradually expand teacher; but the informa- tion network platform construction is lagging behind the level of lack of using; clinical skills simulation training center has not been fully utilized; more single dynamic management evaluation mechanisms; residency protection and treat- ment need to constantly improve. Conclusion The need to strengthen the information network construction, improve the supervision and management level and work efficiency; strengthen the publicity efforts of Resident training; to do all the pre-service training, the training should focuses on connecting the theory and practice closely; increasing teacher training and incentive mechanism; improving standardized medical resident training bases dynamic manage- ment level; rational planning of training funds, and continuously improve the training resident during treatment.
