摘要
针对皮带运输机在运行过程搭接处易出现煤炭抛落,产生冲击力对皮带及托辊造成破坏的问题,介绍了带式输送机的搭接方式及其对托辊的危害,并分析了造成破坏的原因,提出了改进设计原理,进行了强度校核,确定了合理的载荷。实践表明,改进后应用效果良好,为类似情况提供技术经验借鉴。
Based on the coal fall in overlap joint of belt conveyer, impact force in the process broke belt and roller, the joint way of belt conveyer and its damage to roller were introduced, and the reason of the damage was analyzed, the improvement principle was put forward, intensity check was conducted, and the reasonable load was settled. The practice showed that the improvement with good effect, provided technical experience and reference for similar condition.
