摘要
台湾地区经过多年社会福利的发展,建立了比较完善的残疾人辅助器具服务体系。本文通过对台湾地区残疾人辅助器具服务的政策法规、经费补助、服务机构及服务流程等分析研究,并且总结其开展辅助器具服务的特点,以期对我国构建辅助器具服务体系提供借鉴作用,包括完善政策法规、推进辅助器具适配评估专业化、鼓励民间机构参与以及拓展服务内容。
After long-time development of social welfare,a perfect assistive technology service system has been established in Taiwan.The paper discussed policy,subsidy,organizations and procedure of assistive technology service in Taiwan.Some characteristics on assistive technology service were summarized in the paper.Then it tried to give some suggestions to the establishment of assistive technology service system in China's mainland,which included perfecting policies,promoting specialization of assistive device evaluation and encouraging NPO's participation and expanding services.
