摘要
同步器是汽车机械变速器提高换挡性能的主要部件,直接影响着汽车的操作舒适性,同时也影响着汽车的加速性和经济性。为了进一步提高同步器的换挡同步时间性能,通过对同步器的换挡传动系统研究,运用UG和ADAMS建立同步器动态仿真虚拟样机,研究了换挡力、转动惯量、摩擦锥面动摩擦系数、锥面半锥角和锁止角等主要参数对同步器换挡同步时间影响,得出这些参数的影响规律和对换挡同步时间的影响主次关系,为研究变速器的换挡性能参数提供参考。
Synchronizer is a major improved shifting performance part of the automobile mechanical transmission,directly not only affecting the operation of car comfort,but also affecting the car's acceleration and fuel economy. In order to further improve the shifting of synchronizer synchronization time performance,through studying on the shift gear transmission system of synchronizer,by using of UG and ADAMS to establish dynamic simulation of virtual prototype of synchronizer,the shift force,moment of inertia,half cone angle,locking angle and friction coefficient of friction cone are main parameters that affect synchronizer synchronization time,which is concluded that the influence law of these parameters and the size effect on transmission synchronization time,providing reference for the research of transmission shift performance parameters.
