2012-2014年新疆巴州人民医院住院患者中药注射剂应用分析

Analysis of Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in People's Hospital of Xinjiang Bazhou During 2012-2014

目的:了解新疆巴州人民医院(以下简称"我院")中药注射剂的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2012—2014年我院住院患者使用中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用及DDDs排序居前10位中药注射剂的销售金额排序/DDDs排序的比值等进行统计分析。结果:我院中药注射剂整体使用量较大,3年来中药注射剂的临床使用呈快速增长趋势,祛瘀类中药注射剂的销售金额和DDDs排序均居前列,符合我院老年患者心脑血管疾病多发的特点。结论:我院住院患者中药注射剂的使用基本合理,但部分药品的销售金额与DDDs的同步性较差,品种选择比较集中,临床应重视中药注射剂的辨证施治,合理使用中药注射剂。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic via analyzing the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） injections in People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Bazhou（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）. METHODS： The utilization of TCM injections in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 was statistically analyzed with regard to consumption sum,daily defined doses（ DDDs） and defined daily cost（ DDC） and ratio of amount ordinal versus DDDs ordinal of the top ten TCM injections. RESULTS： The overall utilization amount of TCM injections in our hospital was large,which showed a trend of rapid growth in clinic during the three years. The consumption sum and DDDs of removing blood stasis drugs had been ranked among the top lists,which was in line with the characteristics of high incidence of cardiovascular disease in elderly patients in our hospital. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical application of TCM injections in our hospital was basically rational on the whole,however,some drugs showed poor synchronization between consumption sum and DDDs and overly concentration on the selection of drug varieties. Great importance should be attached to the diagnosis and treatment of TCM injections so as to promote rational use of TCM injections.
