鸦胆子油乳与顺铂联合吡柔比星介入治疗原发性肝癌的疗效观察

Efficacy Comparison of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion vs. Cisplatin Combined with Pirarubicin Intervene in Treatment of Patients with Liver Cancer

目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳与顺铂联合吡柔比星介入治疗原发性肝癌的疗效. 方法：选取泰安市中医医院收治的100例原发性肝癌患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,2组患者均采用Seldinger＇s技术进行肝动脉介入治疗,观察组患者给予鸦胆子油乳/碘油混合液,对照组患者则给予顺铂＋吡柔比星/碘油混合液灌注,2组均间隔4~6周介入治疗1次,比较2组患者的临床受益反应率、不良反应及近期生存率. 结果：观察组患者各项临床受益反应率均显著高于对照组,总体不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0. 05 ）;观察组患者 3、6、12 个月生存率分别 100. 00%（ 50/50 ）、96. 00%（ 48/50 ）、50. 00%（25/50）,对照组分别为100. 00%（50/50）、84. 00%（42/50）、34. 00%（17/50）,观察组患者近期生存率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0. 05）. 结论：鸦胆子油乳介入治疗中晚期原发性肝癌,能有效改善患者的临床受益反应率,与传统化疗方案灌注相比,不良反应更少,患者生存率更高,值得临床推广.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the efficacy of brucea javanica oil emulsion vs. cisplatin combined with pirarubicin intervene in treatment of primary liver cancer. METHODS：100 cases of patients with primary liver cancer in Tradition Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tai＇an （ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） were selected to divide into observation group and control group by random number table, 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with hepatic artery interventional therapy by Seldinger＇s technology. The observation group received brucea javanica oil emulsion/lipiodol mixture, the control group were given cisplatin plus pirarubicin/lipiodol mixture perfusion, one interventional treatment were conducted in two groups between 4-6 weeks. The rate of clinical benefit response, incidence of adverse reactions and short-term survival rates were compared between two groups. RESULTS：Compared with the control group, the clinical benefit response rate in the observation group was significantly higher , but the overall adverse reactions were low, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . In the observation group, the survival rates of patients in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months were respectively 100. 00%（50/50）、96. 00%（48/50）、50. 00%（25/50）, in the control group was 100. 00%（50/50）、84. 00%（42/50）、34. 00%（17/50）, the short-term survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） . CONCLUSIONS： Interventional treatment on advanced primary liver cancer with brucea javanica oil emulsion, can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical benefit response rate. Compared with the traditional chemotherapy perfusion, there are less adverse reactions and higher survival rate of patients, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
