综合气道护理对重症肺炎患儿治疗效果及呼吸道感染的影响

Effect of comprehensive airway care on treatment efficacy and respiratory tract infection in patients with severe pneumonia

目的探析综合气道护理对重症肺炎患儿治疗效果及呼吸道感染的影响。方法选择91例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=45)。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加综合气道护理,比较2组咳嗽、喘憋、肺啰音等症状改善时间、住院时间、机械通气时间、呼吸道感染发生率。结果观察组咳嗽、喘憋、肺啰音等临床症状改善时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组共5例(10.9%)发生呼吸道感染,对照组共13例(28.9%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合气道护理应用在重症肺炎患儿中可确保呼吸道通畅,同时强化治疗效果,缩短症状改善时间、住院时间、机械通气时间,降低呼吸道感染发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on treatment efficacy and respiratory tract infection in patients with severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 91 severe pneumonia children were recruited as the research objects,and were divided into observation group（ n = 46） and control group（ n = 45） according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive airway care on the basis of the control group. The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as coughing,wheezing and pulmonary rales,hospitalization time,duration of mechanical ventilation,and respiratory tract infection rate were compared in the two groups. Results The improved time of clinical symptoms such as coughing,wheezing,pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group,there were 5 cases（ 10. 9%） with respiratory tract infection,and 13 cases（ 28. 9%） in the control group,which showed a significant difference in two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive airway nursing in children with severe pneumonia can ensure smooth airway,strengthen treatment effect,shorten symptom improvement time,length of hospital stay,duration of mechanical ventilation,and reduce incidence of respiratory tract infections,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
