伺服电机容错控制研究

Research on the Fault Tolerant Control of the Electric Power Steering System

摘要 数控机床实现工业生产的自动化,作为重要组成部分的伺服电机系统性能将直接影响机床的特性。伺服电机系统是多输入多输出系统,当传感器故障时,保证闭环系统仍能稳定工作。通过数学模型研究基础上,根据永磁同步电机特性,设计了基于完整性的被动容错控制系统。最后对容错控制算法进行了仿真分析。 Automation of industrial production is achieved by CNC machine tools, as an important part of the servo motor system performance will directly affect the characteristics of the machine tool. Servo motor system is multi input and multi output system. When the sensor fault, the closed-loop system is guaranteed to work stably. Based on the research of mathematical model and the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper designs a passive fault tolerant control system based on integrity. Finally, the fault tolerant control algorithm is simulated and analyzed.
