甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症的临床效果评价

Evaluation Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combine With Metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Obesity

目的评价甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症的临床效果。方法取我院收治的初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者66例并分组,单一组用甘精胰岛素治疗,联合组联合二甲双胍治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组FPG、2 h PG、Hb Al C下降程度、血糖达标时间、胰岛素日用量、体重指数与单一组比较(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病伴肥胖症的效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of insulin therapy combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity. Methods Selected 66 cases of early onset type 2 diabetes with obesity in our hospital were treated with insulin therapy combined with insulin therapy, the combination group was treated with metformin, and the effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment, the joint group of FPG, 2 h PG, blood glucose, Hb Al C loss amount to mark time, dosage of insulin, body mass index（bmi） compared with single group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of insulin therapy combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with obesity is significant.
