改良VAD-T序贯MPT方案治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤的疗效观察 被引量：1

The sequential treatment of modified VAD-T and MPT regimens in elderly multiple myeloma

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma,MM）是血液系统常见的一种恶性肿瘤,临床上以中老年人多见,化疗是治疗老年MM的主要手段〔1〕。MPT方案目前为老年MM的推荐方案,但缓解率较低限制了其在临床上的应用。我们既往研究发现改良VAD方案是老年MM的有效诱导方案〔2〕,因此在改良VAD-T诱导方案治疗的基础上,序贯MPT方案治疗老年MM。
