摘要
青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是脊柱侧凸中最为常见的一种类型,目前病因尚不明确。文中针对AIS的病因学研究现状,从遗传学因素、生长发育、激素/代谢障碍以及神经系统异常等方面进行综述。
