摘要
目的:研究中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果,探讨痹祺胶囊在类风湿性关节炎中的应用情况。方法:于河北省唐山市工人医院收集近两年144例类风湿关节炎患者分为研究组和对照组,每组72例,对照组使用甲氨蝶吟,研究组则在对照组的基础上联合采用痹祺胶囊进行治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效差异,并观察患者的治疗前后关节疼痛程度、压痛关节数等指标进行记录,观察患者治疗中的不良反应等情况。结果:治疗后两组关节疼痛等情况均明显好转(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应均为胃肠道不适,不影响治疗。结论:中西医结合类风湿性关节炎可以提高临床疗效,且不良反应影响较小。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and to study the effects of Biqi Capsule on the rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:One hundred and forty-four cases of rheumatoid arthritis received a treatment in our hospital in recent 2 years,whose clinical data were collected to study.According to different therapy schemes,all subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group and the control group,Seventy-two cases per each group.The control group was treated by conventional treatment program of western medicine,such as the methotrexate.The treatment group took Biqi Capsule by oral on the basis of the control group.The difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared by means of statistical analysis,as well as that in some indictors such as the degree of joint pain and the count of tenderness joint between before and after the treatment.Meanwhile,adverse reactions were observed and recorded during the treatment.Results:In the two groups,the joint pain and other conditions after the treatment were significantly improved,compared(P〈0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group,however,was superior to that of the control group(P〈0.05).The adverse events in two groups were gastrointestinally discomfort,which didn’t influence the course of treatment.Conclusion:Integrative traditional and western medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and induce the adverse event.
